PVC Decorative Film Installation Process

The installation process for decorative film is highly professional. Professionally trained installers use specialized tools, X-100 installation solution, and dedicated cleaning supplies to ensure the longevity of the film. The entire installation process uses pure water, free of any alkali or salt, ensuring a smooth, clean finish without bubbles or particles.

1. Check if the construction site is suitable for installation. Accurately measure the area, down to the centimeter.
2. Determine the required decorative film model and cut the film precisely.
3. Site preparation: Workers must wear clean clothes and shoe covers before entering the room. Inspect glass and other items for damage.
4. Site protection: Handle, protect, and relocate customer items. Take photos before installation for easy return after completion.
5. Dust removal: Generally, water mist is used for dust removal (adjust a water bottle to a mist setting and spray the water into the room or in front of the window where the film is being applied until the mist falls to the ground) to reduce the impact of dust on the film application.
6. Glass cleaning: Inspect the glass windows for any damage, cracks, missing parts, bulges, dents, scratches, and their condition, and take appropriate action.
